The following terms aim to define and explain the general conditions of sale established between Oficina do Esferovite and the customer, when placing an order in the online store www.oficinadoesferovite.pt.

Oficina do Esferovite reserves the right to update the respective terms and conditions, without any prior notice.

INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The retail prices indicated at www.oficinadoesferovite.pt are presented in euros. The values shown already include VAT.

Shipping costs are added when confirming the shopping cart.

Oficina do Esferovite reserves the right to change the prices of its items at any time.

ORDERS

To purchase our products, the customer must register in our online store. After registering, the customer must make sure they receive the email confirming their registration and order.

Orders are considered completed as soon as the respective payment is confirmed.

You will receive another email later confirming the status of your order. If you need to send an invoice to the taxpayer, fill in the billing details in the "Remarks" section at check-out.

DEADLINES AND SHIPPING

After confirmation of the order and respective payment, production of the items takes between 5-20 working days. Shipments are made by Nacex, delivery is made on the business day following shipment. You have the option of collecting your order in store if you prefer.

There may be delays depending on the time of year and the volume of orders that are pending. Any delay in shipping will be communicated directly to the customer via the telephone number provided at the time of purchase.

The order will be sent to the indicated recipient and address. The address mentioned is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any changes made by the customer will be charged again for the respective shipping cost. Please note that for the shipping address to be complete, you will always have to provide a telephone number.

When ordering, please consider that deliveries cannot be made during weekends and holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS

The available payment methods are:

- Bank Transfer: PT50 0018 0008 0252 8700 020 59 (Francisco José Correia Lopes), the order is only valid after sending proof of payment to the email workshopdoesferovite@gmail.com. If it is not possible for any reason to send proof of payment, we ask that you contact us, either by email or telephone call, so that we can confirm the order as quickly as possible.

- MBWAY: 936 027 670, when choosing this option we ask that you leave the order number in the description, so that the payment confirmation process is faster.

SHIPPING

We ship to mainland Portugal through the carrier Nacex.

We are not responsible for damage caused during transport - if something happens, we can activate the carrier's insurance, but to do so you will have to take photos of the package before opening it so the carrier can confirm the condition it arrived in.

During the purchase process you will be asked for shipping details. It is important that the data is filled in correctly to guarantee delivery of the order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming it.

The order will be sent to the indicated recipient and address. The address mentioned is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We request that the address provided by the customer for delivery is an address where someone is present so that the order can be delivered. The carrier makes deliveries between 9:00 and 19:00. If no one is present, you will need to contact the carrier responsible for the order to schedule a new delivery.

When filling in the address fields, we ask that you always leave the telephone number as this is a mandatory field that we must provide to the carrier and to contact the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

The value corresponding to shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order.

Before finalizing the order, you will be able to view the total to be paid.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We do not accept exchanges or returns. If the item arrives damaged, we ask that you send photographs of the damage to our email so that we can evaluate the best solution. If possible, the ideal would be to leave the part in our store so we can provide a repair quote. For any questions please contact us.
